One of our customers recently responded to a positive editorial that was featured in the Oakland Tribune regarding solar still being strong in the East Bay despite Solyndra’s financial woes.

Here’s what he had to say (and we whole-heartedly agree!):

“You are absolutely on target with your recent editorial ‘Solar still strong in East Bay despite Solyndra closing.’ There are plenty of viable, capable and responsible companies who fabricate or install solar panels. Our family, for example, had an array of solar panels installed last year by “The Solar Company” headquartered in Castro Valley. We watch daily performance on a small monitor near our kitchen. Our electric bills over this last year have dropped by a dramatic 80 percent and we are smiling all the way to the bank.”
